Flavors of Summer Mini Mindfulness Retreat Part 2
Come join us for a two part retreat of mindfulness on the farm! Participants will enjoy some mindfulness based activities incorporating various forms of creative expression. This includes mindful movement, awareness of breath, writing expression, planting and color expression. Please bring your own camping chair for use during seated mindfulness practice and dress in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, with sturdy closed toed shoes, appropriate for the weather as we will be outdoors. VIP – Barn Bash 2021
VIP Tickets- in addition to your ticket to the Barn Bash, a limited number of VIP tickets are available. The VIP ticket includes a pre-bash cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, special beer selection, wine, and possibly a visit from a couple of our horses. Pre-bash cocktail hour begins at 4:30.
