*This is NOT group therapy… this IS group learning and group fun!
*This is an adult event.

**Farm based retreats are not therapy or support groups or meant to be a substitute for therapy; this is an opportunity for people regardless of background to come together to explore new ways to incorporate mindfulness based activities in a sensory rich environment. It is an opportunity to learn, and grow together, as well as have some time to relax, de-stress, and have fun on the farm!
